The Big Boo Cast, Episode 238

This week Melanie shares all about her trip to A&M for Caroline’s New Student Conference (to use baseball terminology, it was a real home run). We also talk about TV (I finished watching Breaking Bad and HAVE SOME THOUGHTS), and we dig into our current summer reading situations.

Plus, we discuss our current state of contentment with our beauty products (I KNOW), and it’s Melanie’s turn for Five Favorites.

Enjoy, y’all!

  1. Great episode today. Love having more time in the summer and am able to make it through an entire podcast (not having to run-here-run-there ????)
Can’t wait to try those sandwiches. And Melanie, I too like my tanks without sleeves ;)

  2. I didn’t receive my email with the podcast link/reminder. If I re-subscribe to your blog, will that rectify it?

  3. If you are looking for a new series, try Wanted on Netflix. It’s very well done and edge of your seat. We are re-watching it for the second time. I’d love to see what you thought.

  4. Sophie, now that you’ve finished Breaking Bad, you need to watch Better Call Saul. It’s the story of Saul Goodman, Walter White’s attorney. So many lessons in that series, too. There’s also El Camino, the Breaking Bad movie, which starts right after the series ends.

  5. Campbell University is right down the road from my home in the metropolis of Buies Creek NC. The whole little village is decorated with orange camels :) It’s adorable. They also have an enormous bronze camel in front of the campus. When people graduate it’s obligatory that you have your picture taken with the camel.

  6. I just felt like after the game Sunday night y’all need to hear from an NC State fan…GO Pack! Loving college baseball!
