My sweet friend Sarah at In The Midst Of It is one of my mostest favorite bloggers evir. :-) Because she writes all purty-like. And she’s funny. And she’s genuine.
Most of y’all probably know this already, but tomorrow her baby girl, Addison, is having heart surgery. Will you pray for Addison, for her doctors, and for their family?
And if you think about it, stop by Sarah’s blog and let her know you’re praying. I know it’ll be a comfort to her.
Thanks, y’all!
Thanks, Boo. Sarah and our entire family appreciate the calls for prayer tonight. It’s all so scary but I think all of us know her little heart will be mended tomorrow and that’s a good thing. My prayer is directed toward the doctors tomorrow.
Sending up prayers!
Done!
Yes ma’am, will do.
Hey Boomama, it is pretty much all over the blogsphere. Iam sure everyone will be praying.
Count me in!
Hello Boomama —
I have visited Sarah’s blog already and left her a little note and lifted a prayer for her sweet baby girl. I remembered Elise and her crew too.
And I LOVE your idea for WFMW. That is something I am going to have to get done here.. all that stuff sitting in the closet just became yardsale fodder — and that will pay for the “new and improved” things we will do here.
Have a blessed day!
I was drawn to your blog through other blogs. My Hubby used to call me BooMama because my dd8’s nickname used to be Boo (she was born on Halloween). I haven’t heard that name ever, anywhere. So. It caught my eye. I love your blog, and your tour of your house is gorgeous! I just thought I’d stop by, say hi, and let you know I added you to my friends list, if you don’t mind…because I like reading your blog. ;)
You know, I think I might’ve quit blogging right after I started if I hadn’t found you. (How DID I find you? Robin, maybe?) I’m not so good with consistency. But you have become a true friend, and when I click on over here, it’s to visit a friend, not just a fellow blogger.
Thanks for putting Addison here for your readers to pray for. (Um, would that be 19 prepositions in one sentence? And did I end with one? My professors would be rolling in their graves, if they were dead.)
Rambling on, thanks:) You’ll be one of the first to know when it’s over!
I’ve enjoyed reading your blog and I was especially touched by your story of Elise and her husband. So many people are suffering!
I shall keep this little one in prayer too.
Like the others, I really enjoy reading your blog too. It is just so real. I participated in your bloggy tour of homes (that is how I first found your blog) and I would like to ask a favor of you, if I might. I will be posting my 100th blog pretty soon and like others I will make a 100 list. This list will be 100 Uses For Chopsticks and I am asking for help from Blogland. If you have time, please stop by and leave your ideas and tell one other person. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
Addison is in my thoughts and prayers today!
You know how much she appreciates you, right? Thanks for being there for her. So no pressure but feel free to write something hysterical for the next 14 or so days so when Sarah comes to visit she’ll be LOL. That will be great medicine! xoxoxo
I’m praying for Addison. God bless you!
Have been, am and will be praying for Addison and the whole family.
God is good and faithful.
