Quick! A Giveaway! Right Now! Hurry!

Now normally I try to time my giveaways so that there’s about one a week, but in this case – what with it being so close to Christmas and all – I decided I’d better post about this particular giveaway RIGHTTHISSECOND because I want the winner to have her (or his!) prize in time to use it before Christmas.

So here’s the deal.

A week or so ago Lands’ End sent me a couple of items of clothing to try. I am not keeping the clothing, mind you, because of my ads agreement and because I’m afraid that if I start accepting all sorts of free stuff I’ll eventually be standing in the checkout line at Publix trying to work out a way to trade blog space for six cans of crushed pineapple, but I was all for trying on the clothes from Lands’ End if they might be something that you, the internets, would enjoy.

Well, the two things I tried were this jacket and these pants, and it probably comes as no surprise that I loved both items because OH, THE COMFORT.

OH, THE JOYOUS, FLEECE-Y COMFORT.

In addition to being very warm and cozy, the Lands’ End fleece is anti-static and anti-pet hair (I KNOW!). But more than anything, it’s just really, super comfortable – great stuff to put on when you need to run through the carpool line but don’t want to embarrass your kids by wearing your pajamas, NOT THAT ANY OF US WOULD EVER DO SUCH A THING.

Personally, I’m always on the lookout for “Mama clothes” that will put a little sassy in my step, and when I tried on the jacket and the pants, I felt like a regular Sassy McFleecerson, oh yes ma’am I did.

And you? You can feel like Sassy McFleecerson, too. Because Lands’ End is going to send one of you fabulous internets a $100 gift card.

I KNOW!

Here’s what you do if you’d like to win a $100 gift card from Lands’ End:

1. Click here to go to the Lands’ End website.

2. Look around. They have clothes for all shapes and sizes (plus, the men who are reading will find that there are also many manly items that they can wear with great manly pride).

3. Come back here and tell me at least one item you found for your Christmas wish list.

4. Go fix yourself a cup of hot chocolate. You must be exhausted from all that looking.

I’ll close this giveaway the morning of Monday, December 17th.

Have fun, y’all!

This giveaway is now closed. I’ll announce the winner Tuesday, December 18th. Thanks so much for the incredible response!

  6. maxine bryant says:

I’ve been a lurker since last year when I found your home tour for the holidays. My eyes popped when I saw your contest for Land’s End. I love their stuff and am needing a jacket and vest. I’ve lost a lot of weight this year and its not a good time for me to be buying stuff for myself with Christmas just around the corner. I do enjoy you and Big Mama. I’m 74 years old and I enjoy reading about Caroline and her antics.

    Sincerely,
    Maxine Bryant

  19. I love Lands End! I liked the cotton jersey embroidered top, and the fair isle crew neck sweater. The sweater is more than the 100 dollars though.

  20. Jenni in FL says:

The jackets, sweaters, and slippers all look so cozy and warm, but it’s been 80-85 degrees all week, so I’m thinking not so practical. The bathing suits- actually are looking really cute to me though. Nice cuts and modest. You can’t go wrong with a Land’s End swim suit!

    Jenni in FL

  38. Yet, once again, I enter and have hope to win…
Since I have dial-up (yes, I still live in the year 1997), and it took about 12 minutes to pull up the Land’s End homepage, I looked no further. However, the brown coat and turquoise scarf could not have been any cuter. I would be very happy with those. Thanks!

  39. Not sure what I would get if I actually won, but right now I am completely into the flannel pjs and slippers. I don’t really need those though, but I think it is because I am in a snow storm right now.

  41. Interlock, 7-Day, Chinos—OH MY! Then again…..SHOES!!!

  62. Baby Reinforced Knee Squall Snowsuit

    Because I live in snow country but haven’t found a single suitable baby snowsuit so far this year… How can that be? Nine inches of snow on the ground and all the stores are selling toddler snowsuits while my 13 month old is stuck enjoying the snow from his perch on my hip. {{{sigh}}}}

  63. Love the womens chalet shoes

  79. I’ve been wanting slippers, and these look like they would fit the bill: Women’s ThermaCheck Fleece Outdoor Slip-on Slippers. Also anything fleece-y would be fabulous!

    Pick me! Pick me!!!

  83. treehousemama says:

Hey, my name is Sassy McFleecerson! Small world, huh?
A $100 gift card would just cover the yummy faux shearling car coat on the Outerwear home page…
    Thanks, Boo Mama!

  84. Now BooMama listen, I haven’t asked for much in this relationship. Well, other than daily entertainment but that’s really not much in the grand scheme of things. This time though I’m gonna have to ask you to pick number eleventy million and thirteen ’cause I heart me some Lands End. Let’s just say I have some Weatherfield Boots and I would like to add the entire Weatherfield Collection to my wardrobe. I have been coveting it all fall. Help a sister out here!I am thinking a sassy bucket hat with my big obnoxious monogram right in the middle ’cause Lands End totally rocks like that!

  85. Oh wow…I loved a lot of things. But I especially loved the faux sheading hooded duffle coat. (Whew, that’s a long name!) But I absolutely loved it…it’s so me and looks so cozy!
    What an exciting giveaway, Boomama!

  86. The jacket! Any jacket but I need a new jacket. They’re all great!

  87. the FLEECES!! I love to be warm.

  88. Living in Hawaii makes squall jackets (my ABSOLUTE favorite for kiddos) unnecessary so I would have to be looking at the shoes. As a matter of fact, I was just Christmas shopping on the site today.

I love anything Land’s End (modest shorts for girls!!!Yay!)

When my oldest (of six) was about 4 we got our first squall jacket. When she outgrew it, we got her a new one and passed the old one on to number two. And on it went for years.

When we moved to Hawaii last year, I put our winter coats into storage. They included LE squalls in sizes : adult small, big kids XL, L, M, S and little kids L, M, S, and a Toddler 3. They ALL still look great. You would never know the oldest one is about 16 years old. Now, for my money, that’s quality!

  89. I love the Women’s Regular Shearling Boots in choclarte brown. My feet would stay nice and cozy.

  90. I could use some of those shoes. Those Chalet Boots are soooo cute.

  91. Since I haven’t bought a new coat since 1992 (sad, I know), I would definitely get myself the “Women’s Arctic 3-in-1 Parka.” Thanks for a great giveaway! Good luck to all of us!

  92. FLEECE!

  93. Yeah, it’s been… mumblemumble years since I bought myself a new coat, so the Women’s Regular Faux Shearling Hooded Duffle Coat is looking mighty fine to me!

  94. A cashmere tee possibly. A new down jacket or vest for me and one for my son. Some new boots. A fleece jacket. I am in LOVE with Land’s End!

  95. The woman’s 3/4 sleeve commuter dress. Lovely, lovely, lovely!!! Very chic.

  96. I would love one of their mattress pads. My SIL has one and it’s great.

  97. I think the Weatherfield Diamond Quilted Jacket is pretty warm!

  98. The Lands End Snow Tube!!
    Please randomly select me!!!

  99. Oh wow, I would certainly start by picking out some of the Girl’s Long Sleeve Pattern Jersey Dresses for my girls! They are so soft and comfy!!!

  100. I totally want the women goose down vest!
