In A Word: Uncle.

I keep thinking that I’m going to sit down and write a nice, semi-interesting update (not to mention that I still have that post-Deeper Still EPISTLE that I’m reluctant to publish because OH, THE INTROSPECTION), but if I take a long, hard look at, you know, REALITY, I don’t really see any way around a little bloggy break. I need to let my to-do list boss me around for an hour or eight tomorrow. I’m going out of town Friday and would prefer to wear some clothes that are clean. And on top of all that, I have three no-wiggle-room deadlines Monday. Just for kicks and grins, of course.

So I’ll see y’all next week. I think it goes without saying that I’ll miss you terribly, but I’ll say it anyway because, well, I’ll miss you terribly.

Happy Weekend Before Christmas, everybody!

  2. I hope you get as much of your important stuff accomplished as possible- Don’t you just love deadlines?

  3. PLEASE post your epistle on Deeper Still. I loved reading your post on Kay Arthur but really want to read all about the weekend. So sad I missed it!

  4. ENJOY your break! I hear you on crying UNCLE. :)

Still trying to do a Deeper Still post. Did one brief one, but think I will wait on the biggy until Jan. (since I got my “theme” verse for 2011 that weekend it just feels right to post it then.)

    Merry Christmas!

  5. NOOOOO, oh wait, it’s not really up to me is it? Okay, I know you probably need a break but how will I start my day? You might want to email Melanie and tell her it’s all in her hands.
    Merry Christmas Boo Mama

  6. Enjoy the clean clothes. Lord knows I’m jealous of how you’re able to pull off that personal coup.
