Prayer Request for Heather

Many of you have no doubt heard by now that our sweet, talented blogger / designer / friend Heather (from Especially Heather and Swank Web Style) was diagnosed this afternoon with what looks to be a glioma, which is a tumor of the central nervous system.

I just checked Heather’s blog, and she’s posted an update here – she outlines her prayer needs far better than I ever could.

This is unexpected, heartbreaking news – but thankfully we serve a faithful God for whom no prayer request is too big. Please keep Heather and her family in your prayers.

  1. I can’t imagine what Heather and her family are going thru right now. Last week she was fighting for Emma’s “right’s” and now she may be in a fight for her life. I am praying for the whole family during this time! Just can’t imagine…..

  2. I’m praying for both Kelli and Heather, God love ’em. Mercy, what a day for both of them.

  5. Lots of prayers going up tonight, for Heather, Kelli and their families. Much more important that AI at the moment.

  6. It just doesn’t seem fair that some people get hit so hard, so often. I’m sure there’s an answer for this, but I can’t think of a tidy one right now.

Thanks for the update–you know I’m praying.

  7. This is unbelievable.I am praying for everyone.

  8. Boo-Thank you so much for posting this and for using your blog for God’s glory and goodness!

  9. In the blink of an eye life can change. Thanks for sharing these stories so that we can pray. How glad to know that while I don’t have answers to these struggles I can go to the one that does. He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly more than we can ever ask or imagine. He is good and He is enough?

  10. prayer for her and her family.

  11. Thanks for sharing the prayer requests, I have added them to mine.

    Love, Stephanie M.

  12. I think we’re all holding our breath for news from both of them. It’s comforting to know they’re both covered in prayer.
