This Is But One Reason Why I Heart The Internet

I knew someone would make it all better.

I just knew it!

Look at the butter, y’all.

IT’S RIGHT SIDE UP!

Thanks, Trina, for your Photoshop magic.

You have turned my bloggy photo frown upside down, and for that I am forever grateful.

  1. Well now. I’m confused. I simply assumed that storing the butter upside down was a southern thang.

And made all the calories go away.

    Pffft!

  2. It’s nice to have savvy friends!

  3. I’m always SO IMPRESSED with the computer magic. I mean. I know for Trina and other geniuses like her it’s something you just do, ’cause you learned how. It’s know-how Since I don’t have the first clue, it’s like watching someone wave a magic wand and then seeing a peacock suddenly appear out of thin air.

  4. I wish I knew how to do magic like that. It’s all I can do to get my pictures pointing the right way!

  5. So, what’s the status of the pound cake? It looked so good!

  6. I love people with neurotic tendencies like that! It reminds me of me… stand proud.

  7. Can someone please photoshop my badonkadonk booty far, far away?

  8. OH, Cindy. It is to laugh!

  9. Um, it was upside down???? It’s only the second day of school and I’m losing it.

  10. What a great friend! She didn’t want you to lose sleep…

  11. That photo is exactly why I’m so glad I found my DH 9 years ago on the internet – not many people were able to “adjust” their pictures so totally. I mean – he could have had a beard and put it on top of his beautifully bald head (ala Trump). Of course – I could have gotten rid of my big butt and then how would we have recognized one another when we met in real life? Which is totally off subject – glad someone saved your butter Boomama

  12. LOL- I am so glad you are happy again! Now maybe toupes won’t stand out so much to ya hon. LOL

  13. Boo Mama. I am so glad that you re-posted that cause I haven’t had a WINK of sleep since I saw the other one. WHEW – big sign of relief. (tongue firmly inserted in cheek) – ha ha

  14. Now we all should be able to sleep tonight! Ahhhh.

  15. Thank God! I have been stressing about that for hours!!

  16. Whew! Thank goodness!

  17. MAGIC!!!
listen (sorry – no pun intended) i thought about your ears today… my husband and i did the ear candles today – you gotta try them:
    try harmonycone.com
you can find them at your local vitamin/health type store. they’re native american invented….. but not some new age thing.
we’re jesus freak seminary students. but they REALLY do work.
    :)

  18. Hey, we did the ear candle thing too, and I even have a picture of the nasty wax out of my son’s ear. I wish I could post it for ya….it’s kinda gross actually. It was fun!

  19. too funny!

  20. Okee dokee….ear wax and pound cake- YUM!

Anyhoona, I need Trina to remove an unsightly birthmark…does she do house calls?

Or is she limited to photos?

  21. I tried to do it too but ran out of time, LOL! I am glad she did it for you!

    ~Leslie

  22. And all of your OCD interpeeps said “THANK YOU, TRINA!!” Don’t ya just love thoughtful friends?

  23. I don’t know what’s worse. That somebody took the time to switch it, or that I didn’t even notice. I was too busy drooling on my computer.

  24. Well your very welcome my dear!

And, judging by the responses I’d say several women on this night will all be sleeping soundly with visions of pound cake and rightside up butter dancing around in their heads! Oh and maybe those squeezably cute cheeks of Alex! hehe

Yep! All IS right with the world….Now

    Trina :0)

  25. What a sigh of relief! All is right in the world of butter again.

  26. Oh, whew. I agree with everyone else… that must have been the reason I haven’t slept well the past two nights. I only thought it was the teething toddler. Good to know I’ll have a better night tonight!

  27. Ok, I’m really happy to see that your butter issues are resolved, but the real reason I’m writing is to let you know that I just found out that Monk and Neagle are coming to perform at my church! I’m so excited because I wouldn’t even know who they are if it weren’t for you!

  28. Just so’s you’s know…I made the pound cake, and it was delish! We had some church people over after we all met for Mexican food last night, and they all loved it. One guy kept slathering butter on it, then heating it up in the microwave. Wow.

  29. That is great!

  30. OK, I had gone for at LEAST a few days without “Monk and Neeeaaaaagle” running through my head, incessantly, and then you go and mention them AGAIN!!! (It’s just so ketchy sounding!)

And I’m amazed at the butter thing! It just goes to show that you can’t really trust things that you see in magazines because you never know when it’s been ‘shopped!
I’m glad everyone will be able to sleep again!

  31. Ok, seriously, I left a comment yesterday and now it is GONE. Apparently so is my mind.

  32. Wasn’t that just dandy! I missed the first post where it was upside down so I had to go back and read that post. Your cake turned out to look so yummy!

  33. now THAT’s what I call bloggy love.
