I would love to win an Oreck because my son Noah who is almost 18 months received a Heart Transplant last year and is now immune suppressed. He doesn’t walk yet and crawls all over the floor. I never can seem to get them clean enough. I think an Oreck would REALLY help.
I’d love to win an Oreck because my current vacuum weighs as much as a small elephant. Sometimes I don’t’ even use it because I can’t haul it up two flights of stairs.

I would “lurve” to win an Oreck vacuum because I have many allergic little kidlets and I need a great vacuum to get all the dust out of here. Plus my littlest one has to wear ear protectors when I vacuum now as the one I have is so bloomin’ loud! She even asks for the ear protectors, poor little thing. OK, but after reading some of the other commments, I realize I’m just a whiner who wants a new vacuum that’s not loud and heavy.
I think that it would be great to have such a “fancy” vacuum. Plus it supports Susan G. Komen Foundation. Just thinking that I had breast cancer was such a scare for me and I still have twice yearly mammograms with the calcification that I have in my right breast. To this point it is not cancer nor needs to be removed; but if things change, I’m just glad there is someone out there doing research. I thank God for that!
i truly believe that if heaven came in vacuum form, this would be it! i love that it’s light…it has hypo-allergenic features (especially since i’ve got a hubby with athsma and allergies)…it’s stinkin’ pink (need i say more?)…it’s got a sidekick! (who doesn’t want one of those!?!) AND to top it off, the profits go to a GREAT cause. it’s basically the total package in one vacuum. love it.

Because my current “great value” that I have had for years is on it’s last leg. And if something doesn’t change soon, I may to have to train my dogs or my kids to get the stuff out of the carpet. and I’m sure that goes against all sorts of rules.
Oh where to begin–the ball feature that lets you move it around so well, the light-weightness, the color!, the sucking power, the long cord, the great attachments…it’s all good to me!

Tune ups?!!! I believe this is the first time I have seen that word associate with a vacuum cleaner! YIKES! I would L O V E one. My current vacuum is sooooo heavy. I have to get a new one because my back can’t take it any more. I have heard nothing but good things about Oreck.
Oh I would LURVE to win this vacuum for a number of reasons. 1. My vacuum now doesn’t do real great about picking up dirt. 2. My Mother-in-law had breast cancer. I have a pink kitchen and she got me a pink kitchenaid mixer to match. So this would be another appliance that I would have that would be supporting the cure!!

1,500 square feet of bare floors, 4 cats, 1 dog, 1 toddler. Cleaning is an issue for which I currently don’t have good equipment. IE – never buy a Eureka boss as it is a cruel engineering joke.

Our current vacuum is dead. My husband killed it. I had purchased it for a dollar at the garage sale next door. They have dogs, and every time I used the vacuum it would stink up our house no matter what I did to try and clean it out!
Our other upstairs vacuum isn’t working, either. The belts keep slipping and there’s this lovely burning rubber smell whenever we use it. I need a new vacuum and am trying to save money for a good one. Our church uses Orecks and I fell in love with them, but e-gads! Who has that kind of dough!? 3 kids, 2 dogs . . . you can see where the money goes! LOL
I would LOVE to win this pretty pink Oreck because maybe, just maybe, I could then be persuaded to throw away my 4 other vacuums, all of which are in some state of disrepair and only work within their own specialty (this one is for hard floors, this one works fairly well on carpet, this one has good attachments, this one is light enough for the stairs, etc).
one word: lightweight. It is a compound word, but still technically one word. I hate vacuuming the stairs. This would help me immensely.
I like the fact that it’s light weight and has a soft top and sides. I have five kids who help the the vacuuming and believe me, they run into the furniture on a regular basis!

I would love an Oreck because:
1. My house is too dirty–and an Oreck will help me clean it thoroughly, at least according to my mother.
2. My life is too busy–and I need a good lightweight solution to my floor cleaning woes.
3. My power bill is too high–and an Oreck uses 1/3 of the electricity of most uprights.

The filter and bag are perfect at keeping the hazards of dust and cleaning down to a minimum so my sweet four children will not get sick so much. Well BooMama, I just love Orecks. I have an old one and it has been through a lot with me, and it is finally ready to give up the ghost. I am in denial about it, as is my husband when he sees the price tag on the new ones. I’m just not ready to succumb to the Dyson!

I would absolutely love an Oreck because my roommate and I moved three months ago and our third roommate moved in with her boyfriend and took the vacuum cleaner. We haven’t vacuumed in three months and we have a dog and a cat. The hair is out of control. We are but poor college students and a free Oreck (or any free vacuum if anyone out there wants to buy us one) would save our lives.

Well, I’d love to win an Oreck because I don’t have a vacuum cleaner right now and I’ve always wanted one. We had to get rid of our old vacuum when we moved from VA to MI a couple of months ago (not enough room at the end and I started having to pick and choose what would fit in the U-Hauls and vehicles). I despised my old vacuum cleaner and since Hubby had ordered me to pick and choose what would fit, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to get a new vacuum cleaner. If I don’t win this beautiful Oreck, I will have to buy a vacuum cleaner anyway sometime this month after we get our new house, because four kids and a cat don’t exactly make for a sparkling clean home.
My poor vaccum is falling apart. A pink one would really make my day!
First of all, my current vacuum cleaner is being held together by duck tape. (Just call my hubby Macgyver!)
Secondly, it’s pink!!! How cute is that! My three daughters would think that was very cool! Plus, living in the south aggravates their little allergies, so less dust around here would be very helpful!!!
