Wow how awesome it would be to have a new vac! I wouldn’t have to break my back with the heavy one that I have and I know it would cut down on dusting and allergies and DOG hairs all over my house! I love how lightweight the Oreck is. Having two flights of stairs (upstairs and a basement) makes me realize how heavy vacuums are! This would be awesome. And, with two children 2 and under, I love that it picks up way more than traditional vacuums. That would really be helpful!

When we found out about my son’s allergies, we searched for a really good vacuum to help keep the dust mites under control. Oreck was on my wishlist, but didn’t make the budget cut. I would love to have such a great vacuum.
Sadly, and I’m not ashamed to admit it, winning an Orek vaccuum cleaner would be EVERY BIT as exciting for me as going to Disney World would be for my 6 and 3-year olds! I lurve a clean house ya’ll and did I mention that pink is my favorite color? So FAYN-CEE!

Hypo-allergenic, lightweight, and self-adjusting are the first words that caught my eye. My current vacuum seems to create more dust allergins, weighs at least as much as a small elephant and requires me to go over the same area a million times to pick up that pesky piece of string. Clearly life’s most difficult problems could be solved with this Oreck.
Because even though I hate to clean, I actually like to vacuum and it would be so cool to vacuum with such a great one!
Lightweight, self-adjusts between wood floor and carpet, lots of suction, lots of attachments! There are too many reasons to count.
I love that a handheld comes witih the vaccum. Also, anything that helps these dratted dust allegies… hypoallergenic filters… well, that’s all to the good. PLUS< another vaccum so my old cracked (quite literally) back won’t have to haul the BIG vacuum up and down? Well, that’s icing on the cake!

I would love love this vacuum, because between a dog, two boys and husband that is always into something I am always NEEDING to vacuuming. But being in school full time, den leader and running boys around to baseball doesn’t leave me much time. So if I’m going to vacuum I want it to be done right!!

My mother has had an Oreck for years and I love it. It is very light weight and maneuverable!
I would LOVE to win this Oreck because my current vacuum sucks nothing but air. At least I’m pretty certain of that. I can walk through the house with socks on and pick up more dog hair than my vaccum does.

I have very severe allergies. I am so allergic to dust that if I am around too much dust I can have a very serious asthma attack. The same with tree, grass and flower pollen. Actually, I am so allergic to so many things, doctors urge me to wear a mask when I am outside, and to keep my house COMPLETELY dust-free. The Oreck does this:

I have heard such great things about Oreck vacuums and would love the chance to win one. We are going to be finishing our basement off before the beginning of January (we have a new baby on the way) and I would love another vacuum so that I don’t have to carry our current vacuum up and down three flights of stairs to get all of the vacuuming done. It would be wonderful to use the new vacuum in the main part of our house and use the older vacuum downsstairs.
Would love to own a sweeper (we call them sweepers) that lasts longer than the life of my current pet!!

Oh I had an Oreck and that thing took a beating and kept on sucking up the dirt. We had a Great Pyrenees at the time and the massive amounts of white hair? No match for the Oreck. We just plumb wore ours out and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have a new one — nothing matches them for cleaning and they are so lightweight! That is my favorite thing about them.
So… 5 cats, 2 kids, 1 husband, white carpeting. Reason enough? ;-)

We had this vacuum at our old church and I loved, loved, loved it. Anything that makes vacuuming under pews simple is a good thing. Not to mention how light it is. I’d love an Oreck because it is way past time for a new vacuum. Also, we have 1 carpeted room and the rest are hardwood floors, so this Oreck would easily meet our needs. Finally, I have 2 dear friends who are breast cancer survivors…the donation from Oreck rocks!

Think I’m in LURVE with that gorgeous vacuum! We’re part of a family business that does fire & water restoration, carpet cleaning, etc. and my hubby says we (and by that, he mostly means ME) needs to vacuum the house EVERY SINGLE DAY. Something I never knew before we joined the family business – must say, glad I didn’t know that when our twins were little, I might have gone over the edge trying to vacuum every day. I miss a day every now and then, but might remember better if this snazzy thing was waiting for me in the closet!
I would LOVE a new vacuum as this Georgia pollen is going to be the death of me yet! See I am a Yankee gone South and we are not used to all this warm weather, don’t get a lot of pollen at 20 below zero! Love the weather and people hate the pollen, well you get the idea, I need me a new vacuum.

Oreck products are wonderful. I have never owned an Oreck vacuum (so not in my budget!) but I had a very good friend who had one and I loved it! I have two dogs and white carpet. It seems as though I’m vacuuming every day. I love my dogs and my carpet, but having an Oreck would be something very special that I would NEVER be able to afford for myself!
My current vacuum weighs approximately 200 lbs, and I have 3 levels to clean. Wanna guess how often the 3rd floor gets vacuumed? Or the second floor for that matter… and the stairs??? Who really needs clean stairs? Clean stairs are highly over rated. Oh my goodness, I can just imagine the cleaning that would ensue with 5 lbs of vacuum.
