This post of Angie’s? Gorgeous.
– Whether she’s writing about homeschooling or twittering about American Idol, Stretch Mark Mama makes me laugh.
– Finally, yesterday morning I saw Pioneer Woman’s recipe for chicken scallopine. It made my mouth water. It also made me go straight to the grocery store. And then it made me buy all the ingredients. And when I made it for supper last night, it was so good that it almost made me weep.
I’m telling you: that recipe is all kinds of powerful.

Thanks for pointing at good things!
I love Pioneer Woman. My husband had a heart attack last Fall and is very faithful to eat totally healthy. Sheesh. I die every time I see her recipes because most are not healthy…..I did make MM’s favorite sandwich last night though – that one could be modified….
Oh my goodness, we made just the chicken part last night sans sauce due to time. Was that chicken not the most buttery moist thing you have ever eaten? Oh my it was powerful.
Cream, half and half or chicken broth?
I totally couldn’t figure out why people said BooMama was sending people to my site. I’m all like, HELLO PEOPLE. IT’S WORKS FOR ME WEDNESDAY, and that’s NOT BOOMAMA’S GIG.
That is all.
Now I see.
XOXO.
Oh, and Angie? When I see her all bolded up in my google reader, I have to GEAR MYSELF UP before reading her posts. Sometimes I’ll just let them sit for a few days while they stare at me and chant “cry…cry…cry…”
Oh my stars. I had already read that Canvas post from Angie. Chills. Tears. Wow.
The world is so small! I love Stretch Mark Mama’s blog too. So funny that I would see you linking to her. I *just* made her Houlihan’s Potato Soup last night and once again my kids devoured it. Though they tend to eat the creamy sauce and leave the potatoes behind but whatever. Anyway I’m so happy to know that the Six Degrees of Separation also works for blogs.
Hope you’re having a great day.
A few nights ago I made one of YOUR recipes.
popcorn + M&Ms.
and you are so right, it is heavenly.
