– The $100 Walgreens gift card giveaway (courtesy of BlogHer) is still up and running.
– The winner of the Nations Outfitters $50 gift certificate giveaway is comment 309.

Linda has already responded to my email notification and claimed her sassy prize.
– Right now it doesn’t look like my Bulldogs are going to make it to the post-season this year (unless we win the SEC Tournament this weekend, which, hello, COULD TOTALLY HAPPEN), but I’m still planning to set up a group for ESPN’s NCAA Tournament Challenge. It’ll be open to anyone who wants to participate and purely for fun (apparently I never, ever tire of watching my bracket BURST INTO FLAMES sometime around the Sweet 16). All you’ll have to do is sign up with our group once I set it up and then make your picks after Selection Sunday. Anyway, I’ll post more details as soon as I have them. I’ll provide a little prize (or a “happy,” as we like to say in the Deep South) for the winner. MAYBE EVEN A CROWN.

A CROWN?! I’m in.
That’s exactly how I describe my bracket, goes up in flames but it’s so much fun! My Vols play the Hogs Thurs. night. Let me say, my expectations vary with my team this year. It has been a strange season with most of the teams. Anyone can win. Should be interesting.
Living in North Carolina you pull for the UNC Tarheels or the one and only…..Duke Blue Devils. Go Coach K and the Duke Boys!!!
Two words:
GO GATORS!!!!
MSU might sneak in if they go deep enough into the SEC tourney, Sophie, but I don’t think anyone’s gonna beat Florida for the SEC tourney title this year. They are playing mighty good ball right now.
Our family is sweating Baylor’s chances to get into the big dance. Both of our daughters are graduates which means hubs and I have invested a boat load of buck$ into that fine institution so we always root for them. The Bears will have to go mighty deep into the Big 12 tourney to have a chance, otherwise they’ll just have to settle for a great seed in the NIT.
Love the March Madness! We’ve got tickets to the Tulsa NCAA games. Can’t wait!
Terri, last year we went to the regional games in Houston to see Baylor play in the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 and it was one of, if not the most fun sporting event I have ever been to, And this is from a girl who has been to football games in The Swamp! The Final Four is in Houston this year, but alas, we don’t have tickets :(
We’ve been before (20 plus years ago), also in Tulsa. It’s so much bigger now, and I LOVE doing the pools to pick the winners!
So glad your doing the brackets again…maybe I’ll talk the hubs into joining your group too.
I’m totally in if there is a crown :)
For a crown I will learn how to do the brackets…
Yea Linda! Get something darling!
I just hope my Aggies make a respectable showing…..it is too soon to tell:(
