But then, in an unlikely turn, we discuss exercise: power walking, Melanie’s first yoga class, and a new fitness class that involves a mini tramp (Melanie may try it, so STAY TUNED).

I could watch that clip of Mo in that final shot over and over and it would NEVER GET OLD. Too bad we didn’t end up on top as national champions but MAN OH MAN, what a season. These girls have been fun to watch. They epitomize Mississippi State, character, grace, humble, FAMILY.

I just finished Hungry Heart, too. I love Jennifer Weiner! And the thing I’ve been pondering the most is how she incorporated pieces of her Dad’s story into Then Came You…wow!
Okay so I’m doing aomething called strong fit…safer than Crossfit and I love it! I turned 40 this year and felt just gross in my skin. Its been a blast..a fat blast. Lol
