This week we talk about the Aggies’ run in the SEC baseball tournament, we discuss jewelry and cosmetics organization, and we review the obscene quantity of television we’ve consumed since our last episode. I think you’ll agree that our joy is palpable (she says, a little sarcastically).

Also, we have a long conversation about tomatoes, and it’s my turn for Five Favorites, which is when you’ll hear me work harder than I ever have to convince Melanie that one of my favorites really is cute.

Enjoy, everybody!

This week Melanie tells us all about her family trip to Jackson Hole, and we learn why P now considers himself a bit of a mountain ranger. I share details about the best! shopping! trip! ever! with our friend Jamie Golden, and of course we have to break down the latest in SEC baseball. Spoiler alert: my Bulldogs did not make it to Hoover.

That being said, I still recap night one of the SEC baseball tournament, and it’s Melanie’s turn for Five Favorites.

Enjoy, everybody!

This week Melanie shares her challenges with packing and getting organized for her family’s Jackson Hole trip, and she explains a disagreement between her and P about hiking attire. I use the word “fantastic” about 82 times as I talk about a movie I recently watched and loved, and both of us lament the inconsistencies of this year’s college baseball season.

We also break down some of our ongoing struggles with organization, and it’s my turn for Five Favorites.

Hope you enjoy!

This week Melanie shares a history lesson about Cinco de Mayo that I’m embarrassed I didn’t know, I talk about a book that I absolutely loved, and Melanie recaps her weekend in – get ready for it – College Station. Also, I cooked an actual meal for my family, so you’ll hear about that too.

If all that weren’t enough (and it might not be enough, but please don’t feel like you need to tell us if that’s the case), we break down some viewing / reading goals for the immediate future, and it’s Melanie’s turn for Five Favorites.

Hope you enjoy!

This week Melanie shares some of P’s suggestions for container planting, and I recap how I spent most of this past weekend painting Alex’s bathroom. Plus, we discuss some early college football predictions and break down everything we’ve been reading lately – along with a movie that Melanie recently saw and loved.

I apparently had an issue with my microphone gain being turned up way too high, so prepare yourself for some really high quality audio (it’s fine to roll your eyes, and thank you for your continued patience with our sound challenges). Also, it’s my turn for Five Favorites.

Enjoy, everybody!

You’re probably aware of this, but Melanie went to the Taylor Swift concert this past Sunday, so on this (super-sized) episode we spend a significant amount of time on a TSwift recap. AS WE SHOULD. We also talk about a spaghetti dinner for Alex’s buddies, a friend’s 40th birthday party, and my quick weekend trip to Mississippi.

On top of all that, ’tis the season for our 2023 Graduation Gift Guide, and it’s Melanie’s turn for Five Favorites.
