There’s a treat for you over on my links page.
Well, I mean, it’s a treat if you’re a fan of choreographed dance routines performed by characters with names like Troy, Gabrielle and Sharpay.
By the way, I couldn’t tell if the new movie has dance routines featuring basketballs or golf clubs, but…FINGERS CROSSED!
As a long time reader of your blog, I’m ashamed I had never clicked on your link page! Thanks for opening my eyes to that!
I am SO there. I think I may be more excited than my kids. Something about forgetting what high school was really like and imagining that I’m really Gabriella…
(Okay, my kids just read that over my shoulder and said NO, YOU’RE NOT!) But I am.
oh my…my heart started to beat fast when troy says “why are you saying goodbye?” THE DRA-MA!!
is it completely dorky to love this stuff?
can’t wait-nor can my children!!!
We saw the previews this weekend when I took my 12yr old to see Mamma Mia (a definite must see!!!!!!!). Both of us were so excited! It looks soooo good!
Seriously, go see Mamma Mia. Unless you have an extreme hatred of ABBA, you will be singing the songs nonstop! (with some dancing thrown in)
My daughter is positively giddy! (so is her mama. shh.) :)
Ok I feel like a kid b/c I can’t wait to see that new movie
It looks like it is going to be REALLY good
Thanks for the heads up
Kim
WHOOOOO! Bless my socks off. I just saw that you are judging the tatoo contest on another site. I hope that means you are getting a tatoo. Come on – I dare you!
This is not related to your links but BooMama, you’ve been holding out on us! You didn’t tell us you were judging the tattoo contest at SCL!!!! I can’t wait to read your judging commentary…
Okay.
#1–I love HSM. Yeah, I said it. I am actually using my best friend’s nephews as a cover for going to see that movie on the big screen. Because I am courageous and unashamed.
#2–Like Mary B above, I saw the HSM preview whilst waiting for Mamma Mia to begin. And on the subject of great ABBA music on the big screen, I have three words: Pierce. Brosnan. Singing. It is horrendously hilarious.
I am TOTALLY DESIRING your links page to have its own feed. But who in our right minds can figure out how to do that? Maybe someone who needs a couple dozen Krispy Kremes.
OK- I am a 4th grade teacher which requires me to keep informed on the latest HSM news, so thank you for your assistance!!! No, I have no kids of my own, just 20 loaners I have to stay cool for.
Another pre-“Mama Mia!” viewer here. The trailer actually gave me goosebumps, made me do a seat dance and I might have shed a tear or two. I am 30. THIRTY. Does it make me a total dork that I am this excited about the release of HSM3?
Ok I’m glad by reading the comments that I’m not the only mother who is excited about going to see this movie lol. My 14 year old daughter and my best friend are counting the days until Oct.24. We 3 are going that day lol. I guess it is sort of like living through them and wishing High School could have even come close to that lol.
Thank you for admitting your HSM3 obsession.
Blessings,
Kim
WHAT….THE…..OK , Zac Efron is sportin’ some serious “big guns” he must be making a LOT of gym visits! We are HUGE HSM fans in our house, but I gotta ask….do Troy and Gabrielle always have to have s “song in the rain” segment?
P.S. That boy can DANCE!
I love that my teenage daughters can’t wait for this musical g-rated movie!
Woo-hoo! I didn’t discover HSM until last summer, and both my husband and I are fans! It’s too cute and fun!
I too am excited about this movie. (I say that with a little guilt since I’m 42!!)
My 4-year-old is obsessed with Gabriella and Gas Efron (yes, that is what she calls him. That’s not a typo.)
