Happy Easter, Sophie!
What’s up Ms. Sophie!! I NEVER comment on blogs…but seriously! I actually watched this on television and every hair was standing on my arms. My two year old was tossing toys and I was frozen thinking of Sundays in church as a child when hymns were front and center. There are lot of things that are different about us, I’m in my early twenties and African-American, and don’t listen to Carrie Underwood or any other country artist…but I do LOVE me some Jesus and at this very moment I am convinced that nothing else matters more! Keep sharing and writing and I’ll keep reading!
WOW! She really nails it at the end, doesn’t she!? Beautiful!
Beautiful… Gave me chills and tears at the same time. That is one of my all-time favorite songs and I love her voice. I had not seen this. Thank you so much for sharing. I love it!
Happy Easter! He is Risen!!!

Now that was “having Church” on stage !
