Our schedules haven’t been super cooperative this week (painters! dogs! World Cup soccer!), so we were delighted to finally get to play a little podcast catch-up. We talk about the joys of car insurance costs for teenagers, the inspirational qualities of a Kardashian’s refrigerator, our “Sunrise, Sunset” feelings about the pool, and our annoying ability to ignore problems we’d rather not address and/or solve.
We also discuss a clothing consignment option that has been a fantastic new discovery, and I tell Melanie all about it in what is certainly far too much detail. As I tend to do.
Hope y’all enjoy!
You can click here to listen. Or here. You can even listen right here on the blog.
And if you’re on the Facebook, well, we are, too.
We’d love for you to subscribe on iTunes, and we’d be honored if you’d leave us a review.

I enjoyed Daisy Jones and the Six on audio. It’s about the ruse and fall of a 70s rock group.
Check out Instant Hotel on Netflix. It’s a great combo of reality tv and home makeover show. I think y’all will enjoy it.
Sophie,
In regards to your search for the perfect beach read that is mindless but not “too mindless” I could not recommend “Beyond the Point” enough! It is about female friendship and the gospel is written all over it 😂 https://www.amazon.com/Beyond-Point-Novel-Claire-Gibson/dp/0062853740/ref=nodl_
I too have been in a reading conundrum, I was looking on my kindle app and stumbled across a book called “Have You Seen Luis Velez?” It was exactly what I needed at the time. AND I LOVED IT! It’s a sweet story of unexpected friendships and caring. It just makes me smile every time I think of it and have been recommending it to everyone who asks what I’ve been reading. In Prime reading you can “read and listen” for free! I loved the narrator, and I love to listen while I’m in the car and then read it at home! Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. IT’s not trendy, sexy, or suspenseful, it’s just a great story……..
