But Sister does. And Mama does. Oh my – I can only pick ONE room? If you want to know a little secret, my vacuum quit working 6 weeks ago. No one even took pity on me over Christmas. I have been keeping my floors swept with handy-dandy rubber brooms, which do a remarkably good job, if you don’t mind spending 15-20 minutes on it PER ROOM. Oh wow this would be the greatest gift I could win. I have three white cats and yes there is always a mess to be picked up and the “antimicrobial protection to resist the growth of odor and stain causing bacteria plus powerful odor control” would be great since I do try to keep my home clean smelling. My whole place could use a very good Oreck XL vacuum but since we have to limit too just one room I will say it will have to be the living room since I have a tan carpet and everything will show. My daughter’s room could really use an Oreck. She and the dog hang out in there pretty much all day, and our current vacuum works great on the hardwood and area rugs, but not as well on her carpet.

So, back to the contest. The room that would benefit the most from this apparently awesome cleaner would be my living. High traffic and the place everyone (animals and people)wants to sit on the floor.
My My My…aren’t we the most vacumm loving group of people. (Personally I hate to vacumm..that’s why everything but my bedrooms are hard wood) But with new beaut of a vacumm I think I could grow to love vacumming. And furthermore..I am tired of stepping on puppy chow…I have a one year old yorkie and she feels the needs the spread her food all around the house (I guess incase she needs a snack and does not feel like walking all the way back to her bowl) She has puppy chow in any room she chooses to terrorize..

My puppy is quite a clever little one. He finds all the strings in his toys and YANKS! Within 5 minutes of a rope toy, he’s scattered the family room floor with strings. I’m constantly vacuuming up after his little messes. Please let me win…I know it will be used often. :)

My living room for sure! I have three kids, so with a household of five…I use my vacuum constantly. The Oreck sounds so great with it being lightweight. I also have to pack my vacuum up the stairs to clean up there, so a light vacuum would be awesome for that too!
