But Sister does. And Mama does. The room that I would use it the most is my dining room. Not only do my grandkids drop food on the rug but My husband’s beloved cat has started using the rug as a scratching post. I really need something that can get the shredded carpet up. (or a new husband.)
I live in a house without any carpet, and two cats. Sweeping just doesn’t cut it, and I can’t find a vac that doesn’t spit dust everywhere when I try to use it. My livingroom would benefit most from this. My entire household would be grateful.

the room in my house that would use this amazing machine the most would be my family room, you know where the family hangs out. then i would move on to my kitchen followed by my hall and bathroom, then the lovely living room. i would then march up the stairs cleaning each and every step then the long hallway followed by each bedroom. this machine would be sucking up everything in it’s way. my back would not hurt, my ears would still hear and last but not least my floors would be oreck clean. :)
Oh, Boo, how cool to win a vacuum that weighs as much as the cat! So, I’d have to say that the room which would get the most use is the bedroom where said cat is fed and watered and tends to grab a big ol’ bite of food and BACK UP to eat it. Why don’t they eat over their cute little cat dish that has all kinds of cute sayings on it to entice a cat to eat in it? Anyhoo, those little morsels of cat food which are now buried in the carpet might just loooved to get sucked up by that ol’ Oreck, I tell ya!

Are stairs a room? Actually my stairs would benefit most because that is where my cats like to sleep and leave little reminder clumps of hair. It’s miserable with a reg. vaccuum trying to get that cleaned up….Oreck’s lightweight would be P-E-R-F-E-C-T for this job.

i would love to use this in our master bedroom and bathroom. it is partially hardwood floor and carpeted. we always have feathers from our down comforter on our hardwood floors and our baby is crawling around the carpeted areas, so i like to keep everything as clean as possible.
Every room could use it, but the halway is probably the worst-it is the highest traffic-therefore the dirtiest :P

I would love to have one of these. I have heard only good things about them. The room in my house that needs this the most is the livingroom. We have two dogs and three cats and can never seem to get rid of the pet hair. We love our pets and this vacuum would be a great peacekeeper in our house. My husband is getting tired of me complaining about the pet hair and me being unwilling to part with our precious pets.

OOOOHHH we need this! I would put this baby to work in our dining room, where there’s a lot of traffic from our mudroom AND our kitchen! I am forever vacuuming here – I need something this lightweight and high-tech!
We have several carpeted stairs and a shedding dog and cat. I would love a lighter vacuum to use on the stairs.
Which room would MOST benefit from the Oreck – that’s hard to say. We have three wonderful Dachshunds (doxys) who leave hair everywhere. We have two sons, the younger of the two scatters stuff everywhere. But I guess if I had to choose, it would be our bedroom. See the three doxys sleep in our room, on their three little doxy beds, but our grumpy old man doxy (10 years old) likes to pull the stuffing out of the beds when he gets frustrated with little boy doxy (5 years old), so there’s little pieces of doxy bed stuffing scattered everywhere. I sweep and I gather, but it is an everyday battle to keep up with the grumpy old man.

I would love to win this new vacuum because my favorite chore is vacuuming. My current vacuum is old and not performing as well as it once did. I host friends at my house all the time and am constantly vacuuming my living room. That room will benefit the most!
My living room desperately needs a new vacuum. Ours is as old as the house (7 years). The pathway from the garage door to the back door is nasty with paw prints, mud, dog hair, and dropped crumbs! The under 9 lb vacuum would be easy on my 7 year old who vacuums for her chore!
Well since my vaccum just quit on me a week ago all of my rooms would benefit from the Oreck. But on a normal day the front room since my dogs run in and out through the doggy door and track in grass, weeds and dirt all day long.

I would definitely love to have this. I have an older model and I truly love it. I didn’t receive any extras to go with mine, but I would love to have the compact canister for vacuuming the furniture. Forget the iron, I don’t do that anymore. LOL.

Our living room/family room/office/playroom (Yes we have only 1 room for all this) will definitely put this Oreck Vacuum to the TEST! Between regular wear and tear, sand from the beach, and spider webs everywhere (which is a part of lake living) and of course the crumbs the kids leave all over the place, I am challenged everyday to try and maintain a sense of order and cleanliness to this 1 room, LOL!
