But Sister does. And Mama does. This old Dirt Devil just ain’t what he used to be — been looking to replace it and an Oreck would be awesome! I’d use it on my entryway and stairs to clean up all of the salt and sand that comes in during these New England winters.

My home office/kitty room. I work from home two a days a week, my three cats keep me company in the office on the days I work from home. I also take in cat foster cats, so you can imagine the pet hair cat get to be a bit much. In additiona to kitties I have an 80 pound Lab, the more fur the merrier I guess :-)
EVERY ROOM IN MY HOUSE IS CARPET,EXCEPT THE BATHROOM,AND THAT WAS CARPETED AT ONE TIME.I THINK IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR ANY ROOM.
the dog’s room needs it. the dog sheds all year and his hair usually ends up as hairballs in every nook and cranny and really gets stuck in the rugs.

I definitely need one. Mainly because I have four kids 6,3,2,6mos. Let’s say there are lots of messes. Our dining room/family room is together and is carpeted. I probably vacuum at least 4-5 times a day on average, and shampoo the carpet at least every couple of weeks. That’s my reason on why I need the new vacuum. Mine has seen it’s days!

While it is difficult to choose just one room, I would have to say I need this most in the living room. I have two small children, am a single, hard-working Mom, and also am a caretaker for my Mother; both she and my daughter have asthma, and my sister says that her Oreck helps A LOT with the dust and problems from the asthma. So, I would absolutely LOVE to win this vacuum cleaner!!!!

The Oreck would help me conquour the stairs. The fact that it is lightweight, can get flat and is great with cat dander will help me, my cats and my allergic guests. Getting against the floorboards and manuvering each step and around corners has always been a problem.

Could my whole house count as one room? If I have to pick one particular room it would be my livingroom, that room gets more of the foot traffic. It would be awesome to get a brand new Oreck vacuum. I give myself two allergy shots for allergies every two weeks. Dust mites are a major cause of my allergies. The hypo-allergenic filtration system in this Oreck vacuum would help eliminate some of the cause of my allergies.

I would use this vaccum in every room in my home that is carpeted. But the room that would benefit the most is my son’s bedroom. He is allergic to dust, so this vacuum would be a great way to cut down on allergens in his room.
My husband keeps saying we will get new carpet-but it never happens. My living room-I’ve always wanted an Oreck to try there. We spend 90% of our time in the house in there.
The Oreck vacuum would work best for my living room, but every room would benefit from it. I have 4 dogs that play and sleep in the living room. I also foster puppies, take in the sick bony little ones and nurse them back to health. That alone needs the Oreck, no need to say more!

Goodmorning! I would definately use the Oreck in the high traffic areas the most, such as my main entrance way into my home, my family gathering room and all the way down the hallway.. Right now I’m using a hand me down vacuum, It came from My GrameMa, to my Mom,and now to me. The MONSTER , the name given by me as a child, and passed down to my children, is about ready to explode, and my kids are terrified of it, Its scream when its in use, along with my childrens calm me down screams make the house an interlude of a horror movie everytime.. So between the kids and I we would definately appreciate, and love to be the lucky new owner and winner of the amazing light weight Oreck..

I have a huge living room with lots of overstuffed, big furnature. Everyone gravitates to this room including the dog and both cats! Keeping it clean and hair free is a constant chore. Having a light wieght Oreck would be a true blessing.

I think the livingroom would benefit the most from this awesome Oreck vaccuuming machine! Having two large dogs (one who sheds year-round) and three kids who love their popcorn and movie times, we use our vaccuum cleaner daily! In fact, we have worn out 2 vaccuum cleaners and are currently trying NOT to wear out a third in our ten years of marriage. Whew!

I need an Oreck for the office where the litter box is. The cats track litter out of the box ever few minutes (well maybe that’s a slight exaggeration) and I have to haul out my heavy old vacuum to pick it up.
Definitely the den. Sliding glass doors make it too easy for hubby to just open one when he gets too warm (all the time).
He never bothers with the screen so leaves, dirt, vermin, and just anything can “come on in”.
My family room needs the best suction power. It gets all the foot traffic because it it the front room of the house.
