But Sister does. And Mama does. Actually it would be the stairs that would benefit the most in my house – since we just moved here with a new baby, we are constantly trekking up and down those stairs! That light 9 lbs sounds like I actually COULD carry it up and down the STAIRS – as opposed to my current very heavy vacuum!
Oh what room wouldn’t benefit…..perhaps I shouldn’t hope to win this……then I would not have an excuse to not vacuumn….but definately the dust bunnies under my bed would finally be gone!!!

That is so cool that you can give away such a big prize! Anyway, I think that really the Master bedroom would most benefit, as I HATE current vacuum, and don’t use it as much as I might. The tiny paper scraps, and fabric fuzz could be sucked away like magic!
Gotta be my living room! Oreck would get that collection of grime in the sliding glass door track, the dustbunnies under the couch, and the dirt footprints of my four little boys tracking in from outside.

Oh!! I would love an Oreck! I have read and heard so many great things about their products! I love that it has antimicrobial protection-which would be perfect for my household of kids, hubby, and pets! LOL I can’t imagine a room that would NOT benefit from this awesome machine, but if I were to pick one the most, I’d say my family room. For starters, I, too, have a carpeted dining room. My precious husband, son, and grandsons would be astonished if they even thought shedding their shoes at the back door would be a help to a tired old Nana.

Umm, EVERY room in my house would benefit from this vacuum. We have six cats. And a 3 1/2 year old. The family room or kitchen might be the most affected but every room would be cleaner, for sure!

My bedroom. We have a black doggy with lots of black doggy hair who loves our bedroom. Our lower level is mostly hardwood, but the upstairs is all carpet.
And I clicked on over (as instructed), I read that it has some sort of anti-microbial power, so that seals it. She doesn’t deposit any pet odors, but with the hair and all it gets a little doggy at times.
I would LOVE this. I’d use it in my living room because that’s where we spend most of our time.
Our family room has hardwood floors with large area rugs composed of beautiful dark, richly colored squares. Trouble is, lint and dust show immediately. I need that Oreck!

I have a several year old vacuum that just doesn’t pick up the dustbunnies like it used to. I could use a lovely Oreck Vacuum to help clean up the kids playroom…not only could it suck up the crumbs, but the hamster and cat hair, and the little trinkets that manage to fall down into the carpet and goe unnoticed until I hear them clacking into the vacuum!

The place in my house that would benifit the most from the Oreck Vacuum cleaner would be my living room. We have a wood stove and it creates a lot of dust and of course the ashes.
This IS a long list…yikes. :) The place that would benefit the most would be the basement rec room! We have youth (like as in TEENAGERS!!) Bible study down there every week…and they snack & snack & snack…so it could definitely use some vacuuming with this new vacuum!

My girls used a large piece of styrofoam from a Christmas gift to make ‘snow’ in the playroom today. They broke it into twenty bajillion little pieces and threw it into the air, because it was, you know, snow. You have never seen a bigger mess…except the even bigger mess they made when they ‘helped’ clean it up. Reading the info about this particular model makes me think I am destined to win this giveaway…it looks as though it is lightweight enough that my oldest daughter could push it around all by herself!

Can you say everyroominmyhouse? Two hairy dogs that shed when they just breathe and two boys that track evidence of their love for the outdoors leaves me under a continual pile of…stuff that needs to be vaccumed up!
This would be amazing for my great room. It’s the biggest room in the house because it’s the entryroom, living room, and dining room all in one open space. Not to mention the only vacuum cleaner we have now is a few-year-old $40 day-after-thanksgiving special that will not make it much longer.
I do believe my living room would benefit the most. I swept my hand across the living room floor tonight and just FELT the hair gather in between my fingers….my four year old’s hair that is. I swear she sheds like an animal. This is why we have no pets. Maybe we could get one of those hairless dogs or cats…..Nah.

I would love one of these for the whole house, but would have to say my 14 year olds room would be the first one to get the dirt sucked out of the carpet….and everything else that might be laying around there too…..I am imagining the shock on her face to see her carpet in the true color it really is.
Most definitely my son’s room — he has terrible allergies, and I need to vacuum his room every day (we’re debating pulling up all carpet and putting in hardwoods . . . but that’s waaaaaaaay more expensive than a vacuum). I keep the vacuum on the main level, and need to drag it up the stairs once a day to vacuum his room. Then I bring it back down. Although it’s great upper body exercise . . . my life would be so much easier if I had a second vacuum, one that I could store upstairs!

My family all has good things to say about the Oreck! I would use it mostly in my foyer. That room catches all the yucky stuff from outside.

Ohhhh…the room that is just quivering with aniticipation is our playroom. There are days that I question whether it would be more effective to just leave the toys on the floor. If the floor is exposed it shows the minimal suction our vaccuum has. The playroom would benefit and be so grateful!
