So the people at Staples have this thing going on where 10,000 customers can win their holiday gifts for free (up to $5,000) through the Gift It For Free sweepstakes. To enter the sweepstakes, you just go shopping at Staples and then enter in your receipt number on the Gift It For Free website. The end. And because Staples wants you good people to know about their sweepstakes – and LO, even enter the sweepstakes – and because they want you to know how easy it is to win, they are giving away a Sony Cybershot W120 digital camera, which retails for around $179.00 on their website and in their stores.
I KNOW!
And oh, the camera is very sassy.

It has some sassy features, too:
– 7.2 megapixels, ideal for prints up to 13″ x 19″
– Available in pink, silver, blue and black
– 4x Carl Zeiss® Vario-Tessar® optical/2x digital zoom
– Smile Shutter™ technology captures smiles the moment they happen without the need to press the shutter
So basically it’s magic.
Anyway, if you’d like to try to win this camera that the fine folks at Staples are ever-so-kindly providing, then here’s what you have to do:
1. Think of your favorite Christmas movie.
2. Tell me the name of it in the comments.
3. The end.

“The Christmas Shoes” Watched it for the first time this year….Very good!
Since I own a four foot leg lamp, I’m going to have to go with The Christmas Story.
The Christmas Shoes is my new favorite!
Christmas Vacation, definitely.
It’s A Wonderful Life…I can watch it over and over…
Oh my word…Elf makes me laugh so hard I cry!
Christmas Vacation is my favorite, but I love all the old Christmas specials: The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, The Year Without a Santa Claus, Frosty the Snowman, etc.

Miracle on 34th Street is my favorite Christmas movie.
Most of my favorite movies are of the Christmas variety, but it’s not Christmas unless I watch “A Barbara Mandrell Christmas Special” from 1984!
I can always use another camera!!
My favorite Christmas movie is “A Christmas Story”.
“Little Women”. I watch it every year during the Christmas season. Life doesn’t get any better for a mom of preschoolers than sitting in a dimly-lit room, ALONE, with a plate piled high with a combination of salt & sweet, and a good chick flick.
Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation! (with Chevy Chase)
Hilarious!
Christmas Vacation

Two of my favorite all time Christmas movies are Charlie Brown Christmas and a very oldie but a goodie, Christmas in Connecticut.
We are misfits in so many ways around my house so we love Rudolph (and Sam the Snowman and Charlie in the Box and Hermey the Dentist).
I think my favorite is A Charlie Brown Christmas. I love how they were able to tell the real meaning of Christmas (and on network TV, no less!)
It’s a Wonderful Life….”No man is a failure who has friends.”
The Grinch who Stole Christmas!! I like both the Jim Carrey movie and the cartoon but the cartoon is my altime fav!!!
A Christmas Story!
Wow…so many comments! My favorite Christmas movie is White Christmas; followed by “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”.
I love Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation! Just the cartoon at the beginning makes my laugh! It’s a tradition in our house to watch that silly cartoon, even if we don’t get through the whole movie, because it fills me with holiday cheer!
Hope yours has been sweet so far, Sophie!
I lovoe Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer!
I like Elf and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.
Without a doubt: “IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE”
This is easy! White Christmas. My sister and I sang the “Sisters” song year round!
Tie between How the Grinch Stole Christmas & A Charlie Brown Christmas!

A Christmas Story. The best is when TNT plays it for 24 HOURS STRAIGHT starting Christmas Eve.
It’s classic! I love the Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase! It’s funny, it’s about Christmas, what’s not to love!
Elf makes me laugh out loud!
Family Christmas movie- A Cristmas Story
My secret shame- Bad Santa. I know I am so bad.
National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation :)
I love oldies:
Christmas In Connecticut
It’s a beautiful old-fashioned romance with a cute guy and a good-looking gal.
My favorite Christmas movie is “It’s a Wonderful Life.” The message that every person makes a difference – for good or not – always makes me happy. Plus, the final message that George is the richest man in town because he has the love and respect of everyone in town.
A Christmas Story is my all time favorite.
An oldie but goodie … White Christmas with Bing Crosby, Danny Kay, and Rosemary Clooney … have loved it since I was a teenager!!
Christmas Child, Max Lucado

I also subscribe to Buddy’s 4 food groups of: candy, candy corn, candy canes and syrup.
OH, well, if I had to pick ONLY ONE Christmas movie o watch at Christmas it would have to be Albert Finney’s Scrooge. Not any other verson of Scrooge. Because Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without a rousing chorus of “Thank you very much! Thank you very much, that’s the nicest thing that anyone’s ever done for me…” *dances around the room*
OOOOHHHH! Mr. Random Integer Picker, PICK ME because I’d LOVE to give this camera to my mom for Christmas!!
Santa Clause – The Movie with Dudley Moore and John Lithgow. The man that plays Santa looks like the real deal. It was made in 1985 and it is the best Christmas movie ever!!!
